Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Generates monthly data reports on previous month's actual sales, inventory levels, and backorders (open orders).
- Initiates and leads the planning team in S&OP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) meetings for both trading and locally produced products.
- Inputs sales and demand planning data into the S&OP report and submits it for approval to Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Commercial Services, and Target Market teams.
- Analyzes raw material and packaging stock levels for locally produced items to maintain economic optimum levels, including defining reorder points and safety stock levels based on historical and projected consumption.
- Applies special management for Import-to-Stock (ITS) trading products to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manages material planning activities through the consolidation of forecasts.
- Oversees the purchasing cycle by generating purchase requisitions for both Direct and Import-to-Stock items.
- Ensures stock and material availability for local production items through daily operational planning; triggers a critical items list to address material shortages promptly.
- Coordinates closely with Operations regarding production changes and updates the Demand & Planning Supervisor with internal customer needs.
- Provides backup support to other Material Planners and assists with special projects as needed.
- Collaborates with R&D to proactively minimize the use of alternative materials.
- Maintains accurate supply planning and control parameters in the ERP system (e.g., SAP BYD).
- Consistently upholds high professional and ethical standards in all tasks.
- Adheres to the established Quality and Environmental Management System and Quality Policy of the company
- Actively participates in all quality and environmental projects within the company supporting and acting in full alignment with company policies.
- Ensures compliance with applicable ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety).
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirements- Education:
- Graduate of Marketing, Management, Economics, or any four (4)-year business-related course.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in a related field.
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Computer literate (proficient in basic office applications).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
