Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to manage and expand sales within North and Central Luzon. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing key retail and distributor accounts, and driving growth in the construction chemicals and building materials segment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in territory management within the construction or distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing sales accounts within the assigned region.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market coverage through active prospecting and client engagement.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, seminars, and trial applications for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, retailers, and key decision-makers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular field visits, support, and prompt resolution of inquiries and concerns.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and forecasts aligned with business targets.
- Ensure proper pricing, credit management, and account monitoring across assigned customers.
- Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor receivables and support collection activities when needed.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and inventory management of products within the distribution network.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or any related four-year course.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales within the construction, building materials, or distribution industry.
- Experience in technical selling is highly preferred.
- Background in multinational or structured sales environments is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly analytical, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently across a wide territory.
- Must possess a valid professional driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
