It manager - infrastructure & cybersecurity
The ICT Manager for Infrastructure & Cybersecurity is responsible for leading the organization’s network, server, and cybersecurity initiatives. This role ensures the high availability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure while maintaining compliance with industry standards and company policies.
You will oversee a team managing network administration, server management, and cybersecurity operations, ensuring business continuity and safeguarding organizational data.
Key Responsibilities- Infrastructure Management
- Lead planning, deployment, and optimization of enterprise networks (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing)
- Manage Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies).
- Oversee virtualization and storage platforms (Hyper-V, Sangfor, VMware, Cisco UCS).
- Ensure uptime, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Cybersecurity Operations
- Implement and manage endpoint security, EDR, DLP, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Lead vulnerability management, risk assessments, and security audits.
- Drive server/network hardening and incident response readiness.
- Monitor email/data security and ensure regular patching.
- Governance & Compliance
- Develop and enforce ICT policies, SOPs, and IT governance frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 27001, 22301, 20000).
- Lead audit readiness, documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Oversee vendor, incident, and resource management.
- Leadership
- Supervise and mentor infrastructure and cybersecurity teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Provide regular reports on system performance, risks, and project progress.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree an advantage).
- Experience: At least 7–10 years in IT infrastructure & security operations, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Networking: Cisco CCNP/CCIE
- Virtualization: Microsoft Certified / VMware VCP
- Cybersecurity: Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM
- Governance: ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- Technical Skills:
- Enterprise networks, Windows Server, Active Directory
- Virtualization & HCI platforms
- Cybersecurity tools (EDR, DLP, VPN, firewall)
- Storage, backup & disaster recovery
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects in high-pressure environments.
