Job Overview

Tecno Mobile is seeking a results-driven Retail Supervisor to oversee and grow our dealer network within the assigned region. This role serves as the key link between the Head Office, local dealers, and distributors, ensuring alignment in achieving sell-in and sell-out targets, proper inventory management, and execution of head office strategies and marketing programs.

The ideal candidate is experienced in mobile phone retail operations or consumer electronics, with strong analytical skills, solid industry knowledge, and the ability to build and manage dealer relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support local dealer accounts within the assigned region to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Head Office, local dealers, and distributors, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Drive monthly sell-in and sell-out performance, ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved across all dealer locations.
  • Analyze dealer sales performance and inventory data to develop effective dealer support strategies and programs.
  • Ensure timely implementation of HQ marketing initiatives, sales programs, and product launches at the dealer level.
  • Maintain healthy inventory levels across all dealers by coordinating stock flow from distributors to dealers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current dealers and actively develop new dealer accounts to expand Tecno's market presence.
  • Address dealer inquiries and provide after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer engagement.
  • Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings to monitor performance, gather market insights, and identify business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, dealer management, or field operations, preferably in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of mobile phone retail dynamics, distribution models, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
