- Advising customers on meat selection, cooking methods, and portion sizes.
- Taking special orders and customizing cuts according to customer requests.
- Ensuring friendly and knowledgeable interaction with customers.
- Product Management
- Inspecting meat for quality and freshness.
- Weighing, packaging, and pricing meat products accurately.
- Rotating stock to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
- Maintaining records of meat inventory and sales.
- Hygiene and Safety
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas regularly.
- Wearing protective gear and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
- Equipment Use

- Maintaining and sharpening knives and cutting tools.
