About the Role
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and technical validation of electrical facilities within Toyota Motor Philippines. Designs handled under this role are for internal use, with a strong focus on compliance, safety, and system reliability.
This opportunity is open to fresh graduates, and is well‑suited for engineers who want to build strong foundational experience in an industrial plant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and ensure the safe operation of electrical facilities and equipment across the plant and offices
- Facilitate, verify, and validate electrical designs and technical plans for internal use
- Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities related to electrical systems
- Conduct electrical system analysis and assist in system improvement initiatives
- Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for electrical concerns
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure continuous and safe facility operations

- Have—or are working toward—PRC licensure as an Electrical Engineer
- Are open to learning and applying new tools, including electrical system analysis software such as ETAP

- Are a fresh graduate or early‑career engineer who wants to grow in a stable, high‑standards manufacturing environment/
- Knowledge of electrical schematics and system analysis
