Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of luxury real estate while working remotely. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you’ll be instrumental in managing crucial documentation, maintaining digital systems, and expanding the business’s social media presence.

Responsibilities
  • Process essential real estate documentation including commission agreements and transaction paperwork
  • Manage and organize digital files through cloud-based systems
  • Create engaging social media content highlighting property listings, successful sales, and business achievements
  • Draft professional email communications as directed
  • Input and maintain accurate property listing information
  • Design presentation materials and marketing collateral
  • Provide crucial task management support and timely reminders
  • Handle time-sensitive document processing and transmission
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick information retrieval
  • Support various administrative tasks to enhance business efficiency
Requirements
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or professional services
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in cloud-based tools including Google Workspace and file sharing platforms
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and creating engaging content
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities
  • Professional demeanor and reliable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology preferred but not required
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
