STORE SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage employees, and ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, customer service, inventory management, and problem-solving skills to maintain excellent store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail, supermarket, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales, inventory management, merchandising, and store operations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient in preparing reports and analyzing sales performance.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Willing to be assigned or transferred to other branches when necessary.
• Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage employee schedules, assignments, and performance.
• Monitor operating expenses and implement cost-effective measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, concerns, and recommendations.

• Lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Monitor product movement, particularly fast-moving and best-selling items.
• Implement and maximize marketing promotions and sales campaigns.
• Analyze pricing strategies, profitability, and market trends.
• Assist customers with store rewards programs and promotional activities.

• Supervise inventory management and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Review financial performance and recommend solutions to improve business results.
• Maintain accurate sales and operational records.

• Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries professionally and effectively.
• Identify customer needs and ensure service expectations are met.

• Provide coaching, counseling, and performance monitoring for store employees.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
• Organize work schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
• Support employee development through training and guidance.
