Financial Accounting Services Associate
Location: Ayala Avenue, Makati City

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Accounting Services Associate to join a leading multinational organization. This role is ideal for finance and accounting professionals with experience in journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.You will support day-to-day accounting operations while working closely with internal stakeholders in a collaborative hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial account reconciliations.
- Prepare, post, and review journal entries.
- Generate, extract, prepare, and archive accounting reports.
- Review and maintain financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and finalize accounting templates, forms, and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized accounting records and electronic files.
- Assist in audit requests by gathering and providing supporting documents.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders regarding accounting-related concerns.
- Utilize accounting systems and electronic tools to support finance operations.
- Perform other finance and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting (3–5 years preferred).
- Hands-on experience in:
- Journal Entries
- Account Reconciliation
- Financial Reporting
- Experience using SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE) is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
