Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant

The ideal candidate has real hands-on media buying experience and a confident working knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads
• Assist with launching and managing YouTube and Connected TV (CTV) advertising campaigns
• Develop and maintain automated nurture workflows and sequences within GoHighLevel
• Track and analyze ad performance, interpret campaign data, and put forward optimizations to enhance lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
• Contribute to basic SEO tasks to support and strengthen organic search visibility
• Support website-aligned marketing tasks and maintain consistency between ad creative and corresponding landing pages
• Drive and manage digital lead generation across multiple paid channels
• Work directly under the Chief Marketing Officer and provide reliable operational support across marketing functions
• Prepare and share regular campaign performance reports and insights with the wider marketing team

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrated experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads with a clear track record of results
• Solid grasp of digital lead generation strategy and conversion funnel optimization principles
• Practical media buying experience across paid social and paid search platforms
• Working familiarity with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform
• Foundational understanding of SEO concepts and basic website management
• Ability to analyze advertising performance data and convert insights into concrete action plans
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to deliver quality work independently with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior marketing leadership

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with YouTube Ads or Connected TV (CTV) campaign management
• Background in lead generation for service-based or home services companies
• Experience building and managing automated drip campaigns and lead nurture sequences
• Familiarity with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of A/B testing practices for ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
• Able to manage multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously without losing quality or attention to detail
