What is the job?

The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for managing the accounts payable function, including processing purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments, reconciling accounts payable and credit card transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and payments per policy; monitor payables to ensure on-time, accurate disbursements
• Reconcile AP transactions, vendor statements, and corporate credit cards
• Maintain accurate vendor records and required documentation
• Collaborate with Purchasing and vendors to resolve discrepancies and exceptions
• Support month-end close by preparing accruals, reconciliations, and reports
• Provide audit schedules and documentation; streamline daily transactions and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in accounts payable or accounting-related role.
• Works hands-on with ERP systems (NetSuite, Coupa)
• Uses advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and performs reconciliations
• Applies GAAP to close/variance analysis; prepares audit-ready reports and documentation
• Demonstrates strong analytical problem-solving with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Communicates clearly in English with teams and vendors; manages multiple deadlines and drives continuous improvement
