Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations through evaluation and testing
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
3. Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and other interventions
4. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
5. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, ergonomics, and preventive care
6. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports
7. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
8. Ensure therapy areas, equipment, and supplies are maintained, clean, and safe
9. Adhere to ethical, professional, and legal standards of practice
10. Participate in patient care meetings, case discussions, and clinical audits
11. Stay updated on new techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices in physical therapy
12. Provide guidance and supervision to physical therapy assistants or trainees, if applicable

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
2. Valid PRC license to practice as a Physical Therapist
3. No work experience
