MBT Technical and Operations Engineer
Overall Objectives:
The MBT Technical and Operations Engineer is responsible for overseeing daily technical operations, service execution, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures excellent service delivery, technical compliance, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company operational KPIs.
This position leads technical & service operations, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Operation Provide technical support and engineering solutions for products, systems, and field operations.
Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Monitor product performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, service centers, and technical teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
Operations Management Monitor daily operational performance and service KPIs.
Improve operational workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
Support inventory control, spare parts monitoring, and logistics coordination.
Prepare operational reports, technical analysis, and performance dashboards.
Ensure timely closure of service requests, escalations, and customer concerns.
Assist in planning and implementation of operational strategies and projects.
Quality & Continuous Improvement Analyze recurring technical and operational issues and implement improvement plans.
Conduct audits and process evaluations to ensure service quality.
Support digitalization and system integration initiatives.
Participate in process automation and operational optimization projects.
Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operational performance.
Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Finance.
Provide technical guidance and training to service teams and partners.
Support management in operational meetings, project reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Maintain effective communication with customers and external service providers.
Budget & Resource Management Monitor operational expenses and cost efficiency
Manage tools, equipment, and operational resources
Support budget planning and cost control initiatives
OKR AND KPI Ensure CSAT, NPS, RTAT (3DAYS), Parts Supportability are achieved Month on Month
Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field)
Licensed Engineer is an advantage
