Medical Doctor Clinical Content Specialist (MD)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A Medical Doctor Clinical Content Specialist leverages clinical expertise to develop, validate, and maintain medically accurate content used in healthcare operations, digital health solutions, clinical documentation, coding, analytics, education, and compliance.
- Translate complex medical concepts into clear, structured, and standardized content.
- Perform clinical review and validation of content developed by non‑MD teams (e.g., nurses, medical coders, analysts, writers).
- Ensure clinical logic used in tools reflects real‑world medical practice.
- Proactively update content based on evolving medical knowledge.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed MD with active, unrestricted PRC license
- Minimum of 3+ years of clinical hospital experience after residency, preferably in inpatient adult care or clinical review setting
- Strong English communication skills; able to collaborate with physicians and RNs
- Preferably with experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, or clinical practice, medical literature review, clinical documentation, and evidence‑based practice
- Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Outlook, MS Teams)
- Open to Night shift schedule and Makati‑based hybrid work setup
