Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of recruitment and onboarding activities across the organization, ensuring the successful hiring and integration of top talent. This role plays a vital part in delivering a seamless candidate experience and advancing the company’s people strategy.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide best-in-class recruitment support for hires at all levels. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders and hiring managers to manage interviews, coordinate recruitment processes, and support various aspects of the full talent lifecycle.The position requires a high level of organization, adaptability to shifting priorities, and strong follow-up skills. Working with the leadership team, you will help track recruitment progress and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Support the implementation of recruitment and selection processes.
- Partner with hiring managers in Taiwan to assess manpower requirements and facilitate hiring procedures.
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Post and manage job advertisements using internal and external platforms.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations, data protection, and company policies.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the recruitment budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for Talent Acquisition-related queries.
- Maintain and update the TA database and recruitment-related records.
- Manage social networking sites and recruitment platforms for WSP TA in Taiwan.
- Build and sustain relationships with recruitment partners, online job boards, and other networks.
- Support graduate to mid-level hiring initiatives.
- Provide administrative and HR-related support, including:
- Handling insurance and benefits administration.
- Managing attendance and employee records.
- Collecting learning and development data.
- Maintaining personnel policies and documentation.
- Filing and organizing HR-related documents.
- Assisting in ad hoc projects assigned by the Supervisor.
- Regularly attend TA meetings and provide updates on recruitment activities.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in Chinese/Mandarin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with HR policies and practices is an advantage.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with strong grammar, vocabulary, and professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and professionalism.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, able to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Team-oriented with flexibility to adapt to timelines and deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
