RECEIVING OF LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL

Fill-up the stock transfer form to document the transfer of sample size/quantity for IRI from warehouse staging location to QA virtual location
Ensure that the items being unloaded is sorted and palletized per item code and description
Weight and count accurately the items for receiving. Perform piece by piece counting if necessary to establish the correct inventory to be received
Receive accurately back loaded and rejected shipment from TCS delivery trucks, deliveries from local suppliers and other materials for TCS Head office

STOCK LOCATOR AND IRI ISSUANCES

In charge of serving request for sample size quantity, of newly received deliveries, that is needed by Q.A.
Fill-up the stock transfer form to document the transfer of sample size/quantity for IRI from warehouse staging location to QA virtual location
Receives and stores, put-away, to rack location the returned sample size resulting from IRI performed by QA.
Put-away transfer to rack location the lot quantity/pallet, from the "passed IRI lot".
Put-away to rack location the "rejects" resulting from the IRI performed by QA
Ensure that all movement of stocks, from staging location, to QA location, to rack location, is documented with a stock transfer form
Ensures to submit the stock accomplished/filled-up stock transfer form to inventory clerk, on the same day, so that the warehouse location plan can be updated.
Ensure not to process/serve /issue any item request of QA without a picklist from Inventory clerk

PICKING AND RFD ISSUANCES

Pick, Counts and prepares the items needed for RFD processing of QA
Based on the picklist to be provided by inventory clerk, pull-out and count from the rack location the item and exact quantity needed by QA for RFD
Ensure to place only the exact item and quantity of the pulled-out items at the assigned QA area for processing RFD
Fill-up the stock transfer form to document the transfer of picked items for RFD processing from warehouse rack location to QA Dispatch virtual location
Return the picklist of the prepared item to inventory clerk and present, count, endorse, signed as received, the prepared items for RFD to QA and Inventory Clerk
Ensures to submit the stock accomplished/filled-up stock transfer form to inventory clerk, on the same day, so that the warehouse location plan can be updated.
Receive the allocated items/ pallet from QA by box count and place/stage the pallets at the warehouse dispatch area
Perform a daily location housekeeping and ensure that all stocks at pallet location is arranged properly and no boxes is open.

RELEASING AND DISPATCH

Check if the pallets for dispatch and loading to delivery truck has a complete attachment, Delivery Receipt, Sales Invoice, and Purchase order Copy from LPO, stapled to the SPP Gate Pass
Verifies if the items for dispatch is complete in terms of carton count and quantity as indicated in the DR.
Ensures that all items scheduled for dispatch is released and loaded to the delivery truck
Performs warehouse housekeeping and put-away of stocks from warehouse staging area to rack location.
Submit to inventory clerk the yellow copy of the DR stapled to the pink copy of the gate pass that has been dispatched on the same day
Check daily the dispatch area for items unreleased for the day.

RTV RECEIVING AND ISSUANCES

Performs the actual checking of RTV picked up from client, boxed count base on the pick-up summary copy of the delivery personnel after it has been unloaded from the delivery truck.
Once RTV Form detail of the unloaded RTV is available, check the actual against the detail summary and identify is item is complete in terms of count
Identifies what RTV item can be is repairable and not, then tags them as Repair or Reject status respectively.
Identify the rack position where the RTV is to be stored/put-away and prepares and fills-up the stock transfer form before physically placing the pallet.
Ensures to submit the stock accomplished/filled-up stock transfer form to inventory clerk, on the same day, so that the warehouse location plan can be updated.
