Position Title: Vehicle and Shares Assistant

Job Summary:

  • Assists in the management of car plans and bank assigned vehicles as well as bank-owned club shares as well as insurance requirements for bank-owned premises, FFEs, supplies and similar inventories, service vehicles, car-plans, bank-assigned, marine/cargoes, etc.

Role Exposure:

  • Assists in the release of cars availed under the Bank’s car plan program and bank assigned vehicles by verifying approvals and other documents from HRMG, securing quotations and unit details from dealers in coordination with applicants, obtaining purchase orders and ensuring initial insurance coverage prior to the release of the units
  • Maintains/updates individual records and documents of cars availed under the Bank’s car plan program and bank assigned vehicles
  • Maintains and updates the inventory of administered club shares
  • Generates requests for insurance coverage of other bank assets, properties and equipment aside from bank-owned vehicles and vehicles subject of effective Lease Purchase Agreements (car plans)
  • Handles billing statements of accredited dealers, including outstanding insurance premiums and LTO reimbursement of newly-availed vehicles under Car plan and Bank Assigned Program, for payment settlement
  • Assists in the documentation of consummated Lease Purchase Agreements (fully amortized/ finished car plans) and satisfied terms of assigned bank vehicles by issuing Deeds of Absolute Sale, original ORs and CRs, insurance policies and other related documents sufficient for the car plan holders/ assignees to transfer the registration of ownerships under their names.
  • Provides relevant documents to PPARD in processing renewal of registration and transfer of ownership of vehicles
  • Issues certification, authorization letters for car plan, bank assigned program and social club membership. Accommodate officers in coordinating and processing insurance claims
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in administrative work
  • Strong in management reporting and analysis
