Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Financial Systems Senior Lead Analyst to drive the design, optimization, and governance of our financial systems. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring system integrity, process efficiency, and data accuracy to support business decision-making.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in financial systems (e.g. Netsuite, JDA, SAP, etc.), process improvement, and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to lead projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the administration, enhancement, and support of financial systems (e.g., ERP, budgeting, and reporting tools)
- Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization initiatives
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Manage system upgrades, testing (UAT), and implementation of new features
- Analyze system issues, troubleshoot, and implement sustainable solutions
- Support financial planning, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit, and regulatory standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–10+ years of experience in financial systems, finance transformation, or business analysis
- Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite)
- Expertise in financial processes (e.g. FSCP, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
- Proven track record in leading system implementations or transformation projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus
- CPA, CFA, ISACA or relevant certification is an advantage
