Client Services Officer, who will be the operational champion, working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners in helping clients stay on track toward their financial goals. As a Client Services Officer (CSO), you will partner closely with Advisers to ensure a high‑quality client experience by providing seamless service and support, including:
- Prepare necessary documents for client meetings (both pre and post), including file notes and Client Review packs.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to implement financial plans (SoAs/RoAs) and provide workflow updates.
- Prepare and manage client files in financial planning systems (e.g., Xplan or equivalent CRM). Liaise with product providers, platforms and insurance companies to ensure client information are up to date.
- Manage Xplan workflow and complete checks to ensure tasks and implementations are completed on time.
- Ensure client records are accurate, compliant, up to date and meet Australian regulatory standards by conducting timely checks.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of financial advisers, maintaining strong professional relationships through timely and accurate communication.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will provide end to end paraplanning support for Australian advisers, including:
- Maintaining financial planning software based on client instructions and supporting documentation
- Conducting product research and financial modelling and working closely with financial advisers to develop strategies and advice.
- Preparing compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs) and supporting documentation in line with Australian regulatory requirements
- Liaising with advisers to ensure outputs meet service, quality, and compliance standards

If you're detail-driven, tech-savvy, and love solving problems, this role is for you!- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Australian Financial Planning businesses (for CSO role)
- Minimum 2-year experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SoAs) for the Australian financial planning industry. (for Paraplanner role)
- Possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree but a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or an equivalent professional qualification is a must for the Paraplanner role.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is required for the Client Services Officer role.
- Proficient in using Xplan & equivalent CRM systems
- Xplan experience is preferred but not required for the Client Services Officer role, with training available if needed.
- Experience using Xplan (WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, and Xtools+) (for Paraplanner role)**
- Experience using other financial planning software such as Plutosoft, Midwinter, Adviserlogic, or Intelliflo is a plus (for Paraplanner role)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Bookings and Copilot.
- Strong English communication skills: You can speak and write like a pro.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and compliance awareness.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team

Work Location
