Customer Development Manager | Global FMCG

Account Management: Develop and manage strong relationships with key membership retailers (e.g., Landers, S&R) and other strategic accounts.
- Business Planning: Lead annual joint business planning with key accounts to ensure alignment on growth targets, promotional strategies, and innovation launches.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Deliver sales, distribution, and profitability targets by driving category and brand performance at the account level.
- Negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing, trading terms, and promotional programs to maximize value for both the company and the customer
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to deliver customer plans efficiently and effectively.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behaviors to identify new opportunities and anticipate challenges.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably with exposure to the food and beverage sector.
- Proven track record in handling key membership accounts, ideally including Landers and S&R.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in sales, negotiations, and customer management.
- Proactive, assertive, and agile-able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
