About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Admin to join our dynamic team at JPSC Group Holdings INC.' This is a full-time position based in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth running of all HR-related processes and procedures.

What you'll be doing
  1. Maintaining employee records and personnel files in an organized and confidential manner
  2. Assisting with the coordination and administration of the recruitment and onboarding process
  3. Providing support for employee benefits, leave management, and other HR-related inquiries
  4. Preparing and processing HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews
  5. Coordinating and scheduling HR-related meetings, training, and team-building activities
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team as needed
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR administrative role
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  6. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
