About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and creative Executive Branding Strategist to collaborate closely with our CEO and marketing team to shape and elevate his presence within the industry.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—you’ll lead the charge in crafting and delivering compelling content, building a strong personal brand, and driving digital growth.
You’ll transform the CEO’s vision, voice, and expertise into impactful content across platforms like LinkedIn, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, media features, and speaking engagements—turning ideas into influence and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Positioning- Develop a content strategy that reflects the CEO’s voice, expertise, and perspective on the BPO and outsourcing landscape.
- Generate high-impact content including LinkedIn posts, articles, speeches, op-eds, podcast scripts, and conference materials.
- Craft a personal brand narrative for the CEO and maintain consistency across all public-facing content.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and inject the CEO into relevant and timely conversations.
- Optimize the CEO’s content for reach, engagement, and growth across key platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Substack, etc.).
- Manage and grow the CEO’s digital presence, including profile optimization and follower engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and scale what works.
- Work closely with SEO, design, and social media teams to amplify content reach and discoverability.
- Work closely with the CEO to extract insights, ideas, and tone of voice through regular conversations and interviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and PR teams to align CEO content with company goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for media features, speaking engagements, podcasts, and guest columns.
- 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, executive communications, or personal brand marketing—preferably in B2B, tech, BPO, or startup environments.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience in managing content for executives or public figures.
- Demonstrated ability to build digital presence and drive online growth for personal or company brands.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other professional platforms as growth tools.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working directly with C-level leaders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust content accordingly.
- Bonus if you have video scripting, podcast experience, or knowledge of SEO and newsletter marketing.
