Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Interior Architect / Technical Documenter. This is a pivotal role suited to someone who thrives on detail, knows how to translate concepts into reality, and has a deep understanding of construction methods and standards.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality documentation packages that communicate our design intent clearly and effectively. Collaborating closely with directors and designers, you’ll lead the technical output across multiple projects, from early space planning through to construction documentation and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full sets of detailed documentation (DA, CC, Tender, and Construction).
• Interpret design briefs and resolve design details with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with consultants, builders, and suppliers.
• Ensure documentation meets current codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review drawings for quality control and consistency.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Architect, Technician, Interior Architect, Draftsperson.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design or architectural firms.
• Expert-level AutoCAD skills
• Sketchup 3D knowledge
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction.
• Experience in hospitality and retail projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
