Job Description

1. Assist in receiving, handling, storing, shipping and checking items for out in the warehouse.
2. Implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities.
3. Implement FIFO of items and report soon to expire items
4. Ensure accurate preparation and checking of items for delivery.
5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and all storage areas.
6. Receive shipments, deliveries and report discrepancies if any
7. Perform any other tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager, VP-Operations or other authorized personnel.
8. Prepares transmittals for outgoing and MRR for incoming items
9. Managing stock levels and placing orders when required
10. Operating warehouse equipment
11. Entering data into computer systems to keep stock inventory up to date
12. Maintaining quality standards for outgoing items
13. Keep warehouse organized
14. Make suggestions for productivity improvements
15. Conducting inventory
16. Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.

1. Male/Female, 20-30 years old.
2. Good in oral and written comprehension/expression. (Able to follow instructions correctly)
3. Dependable and punctual
4. Team worker.
5. Good in time management
6. Has good communication skills
7. Computer literate
8. Ability to lift heavy objects
9. Possessing good character and sound judgment.
