Job Description]
We are looking for a sharp, mentally tough HR Officer to handle our day-to-day HR operations, focusing heavily on Employee Relations (ER) and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage corporate disciplinary actions, issue internal memos, and handle legal staff separations strictly following Philippine labor laws.
- Represent the company and handle cases with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and related government agencies if disputes arise.
- Handle monthly payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking through Sprout Solutions.
- Ensure workplace safety and handle emergency medical/first-aid situations for staff when necessary.
- 2 to 5 years of solid experience in HR, specifically in handling Employee Relations, disciplinary actions, and DOLE cases.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code regarding legal terminations and compliance.
- Background or certification as a Red Cross Officer (or equivalent emergency handling experience) is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Sprout Solutions or similar digital payroll software is a major plus.
- Strong backbone and mental toughness to handle difficult staff situations.
- This position follows a Daily Rate with a "No Work, No Pay" policy. The monthly salary stated is an estimated income based on full attendance.
