- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration (BSCA) or any related course.
- A Licensed Customs Broker or with on-going review for the upcoming examination.
- Experienced professionals (preferred but not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in writing and speaking English.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Provides relevant information to customers regarding customs procedures and requirements, importation, exportation, freight, trucking, delivery, unloading, packing, crating, fumigation, and other supply chain and logistics matters.
- Prepares customs requisite documents for imports and exports.
- Prepares and compute customs duties and taxes.
- Prepares, signs, files, lodge, and processes goods declarations (SAD).
- Checks completeness of the import documents and reviews correctness and accuracy of details.
- Checks tentative arrival details and BL status and relayed it to client/customer.
- Monitors the release and deliveries of imported cargoes to/from customs/ports/customer’s warehouse.
- Sends daily status reports to clients/customers.
- Scans all processed documents and send the same to clients.
- Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive and productive customer relationship built with integrity, competence and excellence.
- Assesses customers’ needs and provides assistance and information on product and service features and possibilities.
- Performs all other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
