Sr. Multimedia Artist

The Sr. Creative Artist is responsible for the conceptualization and execution of the visual and/or multimedia requirements of his or her assigned projects.

In addition to that, this role is heavily involved in the overall conceptualization and is expected to contribute to all creative aspects of the project, as well as be assigned to lead a few assigned projects. The Sr. Creative Artist is given work that is clearly defined by their own or the team's creative lead, and delivers the work consistently and with thoroughness.

In this role, you are expected to review and approve output of the creative artists. You will report directly to the Creative Lead or Associate Creative Director and will work closely with all divisions within the company, specifically other Creatives and Project Managers of other Business Units.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Art Direction:

1. Collaborate with the managers and team members to understand the client brief and objectives.
2. Gather insights to inform the brandʼs or campaign's visual style and approach, and participate in brainstorming sessions.
3. Develop visual output for various campaigns, media, and executions, including key visuals, logos, presentation decks, digital and social media ads, and content.
4. Ensure the creation of all visual elements, including layouts, graphics, typography, photography, and video are all aligned with the projectʼs objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.
5. Stay ahead of trends in advertising, marketing, consumer behavior, and learn and incorporate evolving best practices and tools for visual output in digital and traditional media.
6. Work closely with other members of the creative team to ensure the visuals complement the copy elements.

Project Management:

1. Develop timelines, schedules, and milestones for art-related projects.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues during project execution.

Client Servicing:

1. Represent the company during client and supplier meetings.

Leadership:

1. Provide hands-on mentorship, direction, and guidance to creative artists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
2. Assist in the daily operation of the team, particularly in the smooth and efficient allocation of resources, and the team's overall well-being.
