Engineering Manager for Pooling (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) – US Client
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Engineering Managers to lead multidisciplinary engineering teams supporting US projects. The successful candidate will administer project execution, manage technical deliverables, ensure quality standards, and provide leadership to engineering professionals.
This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive engineering experience and proven leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple projects.
- Administer project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
- Review engineering designs, calculations, and technical deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering staff.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Experience supporting US clients and international projects is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
