The SONG practice is aligned to the Global Network Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales, and services functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care.These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
The team is comprised of individuals who have a great understanding of customer services function and span across various industries like CPG, CHT, FS, Utilities and Retail. The team leverages these diversified skills to deliver projects that helps drive quantifiable value to our clients.
We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define Commerce strategies, designing and implementing new commerce models, and help optimize commerce operations as well as existing GTM strategies of our clients. Individuals must have excellent communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, creative problem solver and commitment to quality
Key responsibilities include:- Be a trusted advisor to our clients by possessing in-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce platforms & constraints.
- Bring industry best practices and expertise on how SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)/ Adobe Magento platform features work while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes.
- Work along with multiple teams (business, development & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions.
- Self-start and engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Should think through problems and make actionable recommendations.
- Understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team.
- Provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions.
- Bring forward POVs on the latest and best in class commerce strategies that will broaden the client’s approach
- Develop and build up a team of commerce professionals to be able to be client-centric while being top tier commerce SMEs
