CPA Senior Manager

The CPA Senior Manager oversees the operations of the DV Group (DV Consulting, Vivo CPAs, Franchise Noypi, Mainehil Realty, ADM, and RPO). This role ensures efficient operations, high-quality client service, team performance, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement while driving business goals.

• Lead and manage operations to achieve SLAs, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance and prepare operational reports.
• Improve processes, SOPs, and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Admin, and other departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• At least 5 years of accounting firm experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, client management, and operational management skills.
• Experience with KPIs, workforce planning, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to work independently.
