Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree directly relevant to industrial manufacturing or

operations is preferred; however, candidates who are High School, Senior High School, or
Vocational course graduates are highly acceptable provided they meet the experience
requirements.

Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment,

electronics assembly, or industrial plant quality checking.

Technical Skills & Core Competencies:

○ Sharp visual inspection skills to perform quality checks on an active assembly line.

○ Basic mathematical and analytical skills for Data Management and Problem Reporting.

○ Complete familiarity with 5S methodologies to maintain safety and organization on the

plant floor.
