Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Supplier Management:
• Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluating their performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Purchasing and Order Management:
• Issue purchase orders, track order fulfillment, and monitor deliveries.
• Ensure products and services are delivered in a timely manner within company requirements.
• Oversee procurement activities to prevent supply chain delays.
• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of purchased materials and goods, monitoring inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure stock levels are optimized and materials are used efficiently.
• Budget and Cost Control:
• Manage procurement budgets and implement cost-saving strategies through effective sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Track expenditures, prepare cost analysis, and ensure procurement activities align with financial targets.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports for management.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, cost savings, and service quality.
• Implement best practices in procurement management and supply chain operations.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to ensure alignment of procurement goals with company objectives.
• Communicate procurement needs and status updates clearly and effectively to both internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with contract negotiation and supplier management is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications:

• Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) are advantageous but not required.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
• Quarterly bonus
