Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Any CS Branch - Angeles, Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati

Schedule: Night shift

Job Description:

  1. Inbox Management
  • Take full ownership of the CFO and President’s email inboxes.
  • Ensure Inbox Zero is maintained daily by triaging, organizing, and responding
to emails as appropriate.
  • Proactively filter out spam and irrelevant communications using rules, deny
entries in Fusemail and best practices.
  • Leave only emails that require direct executive attention or response.
  • Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of the executives.
  1. Calendar & Scheduling
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
  1. Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between the executives and internal/external
stakeholders.
  • Prepare and review communications, presentations, and reports for executive
meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue
selection and materials preparation.
  1. Administrative Support
  • Create, maintain and organize confidential files and ensure the integrity of
sensitive information.
  • Monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and
resolution.
  • Assist with special projects and perform research to support executive
initiatives.
  1. IT Support
  • Manage IT Support Cases and Salesforce development coordination.
  • Build reports using Power BI and similar.
  • Sage 100 and Salesforce updates.
  1. Performs all other duties as assigned.

  • Education and/or Experience - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence:
Certificate) Ex: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Bachelors degree preferred, two or more years commercial electrical experience; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills – Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical

journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries

or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business
community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, and/or board of directors. Ability to interact clearly and effectively, in both written and
oral communication, with supervisor, clients, staff, vendors, etc.
  • Mathematical Skills – Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios,
and proportions to practical situations.
  • Computer Skills - To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in
personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database

activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and executive dashboards.
  • Experience using Sage 100 for financial or operational support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
