Partner Development Analyst – Japan (Japanese Speaker)

We’re hiring a bilingual Partner Development Analyst (PDA) to support our growing partner network in Japan. You’ll be the key connector between 6clicks and our Japanese advisors, resellers, and enterprise clients — helping drive engagement, insights, and enablement.

What you'll do

Market & Partner Research

Identify key partners and market opportunities in Japan. Share insights that support local go-to-market plans.

Partner Enablement & QBRs

Manage the post-onboarding lifecycle — from activation to expansion. Run Quarterly Business Reviews and maintain strong partner relationships.

CRM & Data Management

Keep CRM data accurate and current. Monitor pipeline, campaign performance, and partner health using HubSpot and Connect.

Sales & Onboarding Support

Prepare presentations, co-branded decks, and enablement resources. Assist in onboarding sessions with Japanese-language support.

Marketing Campaign Support

Collaborate with marketing to launch region-specific initiatives, coordinate events, and support localised co-marketing campaigns.

Reporting & Insights

Track and analyse KPIs, partner activity, and renewal risk. Surface insights and work with RevOps for deeper analytics and reporting.

Must-haves

Native or fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
Business-level English communication
Strong understanding of the Japanese tech and partner landscape
Experience in a similar role in SaaS, partner enablement, or sales ops
Confident using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and outreach tools
Detail-oriented and confident with reporting and data

Bonus if you have

Experience supporting Japanese channel partners
Familiarity with GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance tech
Past success managing QBRs or growth plans in Japan
