Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in translating demand forecasts into actionable capacity plans with the Forecasting and Demand Planning team.
• Support or oversee the establishment of capacity frameworks balancing manpower, fleet, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to or design solutions for both short-term spikes and long-term capacity trends.
• Conduct capacity audits and assist in analyzing bottlenecks; provide recommendations for resource allocation.
• Work in coordination with the Network and Route Design team to align capacity with routing strategies.
• Participate in the development of monitoring tools for real-time resource utilization tracking.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination during peak periods or new initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying best practices and integrating benchmarks.
• Contribute to scenario-based planning efforts to address volatility in volume.
• Track capacity-related KPIs aligned to business and operational goals, escalating risks or gaps when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
• Supervisor level: Minimum 2 years in relevant planning or logistics role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to visualize and act on data.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with planning tools, SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across operations, planning, and leadership layers.
