Job Description

POSITION TITLE: MATERIAL CONTROL OFFICER

• Responsible for the management of incoming and outgoing decoration materials and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory data
• Responsible for conducting regular inventory checks, monitor material usage, and replenish shortages promptly to avoid impacting construction progress
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety, ensuring materials are stored in categorized manner and comply with warehousing management standards
• Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems of materials and equipment, and acting as the first point of contract for external auditors
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of team and providing guidance to drive maximum performance and production
• Perform effective supervision and troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and schedule repair or substitute damaged units and system

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experienced as Material Control in the Field of Housing and Building Development
• With at least 2 years’ experience in construction and material control management within the Housing and Building Decoration sector
• Strong knowledge Housing and Building Decoration and Construction
• Experience in Rural, Urban, Building systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, Mandarin Speaking
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
