They are now In this role, you'll be the go-to person for analyzing user behavior, tracking perforseeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the company's data insights efforts.mance metrics, and turning data into strategic decisions that improve gameplay, engagement, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior, game performance, and feature adoption to generate actionable insights.
• Own the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources.
• Define KPIs and create reports that support Product, Marketing, and Business teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data analysis.
• Support A/B testing and help define success metrics for new features and campaigns.
• Monitor ongoing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
• Experience analyzing data from tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry (strong plus).
• Background working in B2C environments.
• Familiarity with Python or other statistical tools for deeper data analysis.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, contractor agreement
• Mid-shift schedule aligned with Israel business hours
• Sunday to Thursday workweek
