Job Description

Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working on Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA) to migrate databases and ensure seamless application functionality.

Shift Schedule: Morning time (9am-7pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute to providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement best practices for application development and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance application development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA).
• Strong understanding of database management and migration processes.
• Experience in developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant (SSMA).
• This position is based at our Manila office.
