About the role

YWA Human Resource Corporation is looking for a Blended Non Voice Acc | CSR | Bridgetowne Site to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Blended Non Voice Acc | CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.

1. Handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses
2. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
4. Collaborating with other team members to provide seamless customer service
5. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of customer service strategies

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer communication styles
2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
