CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - EMAIL AND CHAT SUPPORT

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Email and Chat to provide exceptional support to our customers via email and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an email or chat support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
