Job Overview:

You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Ensure correct pricing and scanning of items
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of each shift
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's graduate of any business-related courses
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
