HR Assistant (Payroll & Employee Relations)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR files
  • Assist in payroll processing (attendance, overtime, leaves)
  • Ensure accuracy of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Support HR in implementing policies and procedures
  • Handle employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities
  • Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Knowledge of payroll and labor laws is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • On-site work setup
