HR Assistant (Payroll & Employee Relations)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR files
- Assist in payroll processing (attendance, overtime, leaves)
- Ensure accuracy of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Support HR in implementing policies and procedures
- Handle employee concerns and HR-related inquiries
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Assist in disciplinary processes and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Open to fresh graduates
- Knowledge of payroll and labor laws is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- On-site work setup
