Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events
  • Maintain and update office databases, records, and filing systems
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Serve as the point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with various special projects and tasks
  • Support the management team with day-to-day operational duties
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in [related field, e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, etc.]
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
