The Tour Package Reservation Officer is responsible for managing relationships with tour operators to secure inventory for travel packages. This role involves negotiating rates, ensuring reservations are confirmed, and providing customized quotations to meet client requests, all while aligning with the company’s budget and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure hotel reservations and other land arrangements are secured well in advance for upcoming travel dates.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with agreed rates and terms.
• Provide customized quotations based on specific client requests, addressing unique needs and preferences.
• Seek approval from higher management before adding new tour packages to the inventory.
• Develop innovative and saleable travel packages and itineraries to attract clients.
• Monitor and report on the inventory of tour packages, making adjustments as necessary based on demand.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance product development strategies.
