Enterprise Risk Management Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field;
• With insurance/risk management training/certifications is an advantage;
• Knowledge of ISO 31000 or similar standards is a plus;
• Exposure in industry regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, particularly those relevant to renewable energy and the energy sector;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain risk concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly in managing risk registers, mitigation plans, and reporting;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and make informed decisions under pressure.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of an enterprise risk management framework integrated with business processes;
• Conduct risk assessments, identify emerging risks, and collaborate with teams to evaluate and mitigate threats;
• Monitor risks, execute mitigation plans, and maintain accurate risk-related documentation for compliance;
• Perform scenario analysis, stress testing, and track key risk indicators (KRIs) to assess potential impacts;
• Provide risk management training and collaborate with the insurance team to ensure effective risk transfer strategies.
