Overall Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily administrative duties, including correspondence, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Maintain and update departmental records including vendor contracts, licenses, and safety compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and schedules as directed by F&B leadership
  • Prepares all PCN and TMRF and upload it using Adobe, for approval of all authorized signatories.
  • Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
  • Coordinates with F&B Department Heads on timely submission of financial reports such as Monthly Profit and Loss Justifications,
  • Handles coordination and tracking of all approved F&B CAPEX items, including raising the required CAPEX forms and to ensure submission to FP&A and follow up the timely approval, as necessary.
  • Assist in managing F&B budgets including F&B Headcount and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Assists in acting as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, team members, and other department leaders.
  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining required records and ensuring readiness
  • Ensure presentation standards are met and enforced.
  • Liaise on behalf of food and beverage department where necessary with other departments.
  • Analyze and identify potential schedule impacts, coordinate with operations to correct situation.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (Hotel F&B experience preferred)

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (including Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Ability to multitask - handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and process flows, navigate within systems to problem solve or research issues
  • Compliance with all Company policies and management instructions
  • Ability to coach individuals through performance or other issues successfully
  • Ability to make employee related recommendations and decisions to best effect the employee and organization
  • Team player with the ability to bring people together to solve problems and drive results.
