Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

Citicore Power Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our San Juan City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to support the growth and success of our company.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Psychology, HRDM, or any related course;
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in talent acquisition, and a minimum of 2 years as a Supervisor;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive and motivating work environment;
• Attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

Major Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding;
• Build a pipeline of talent through a partnership with institutions and organizations;
• Champion the employer branding initiatives for talent attraction and increase the social media presence on different platforms;
• Administer the logistical aspects and facilitate the onboarding process and procedures for new employees;
• Provide support and conduct integration initiatives for new hires.
