I. In-charge- Preparation of CV and issuance of Checks
- Daily expenses / advances
- Loans / amortization
- Supplier / inter companies' transactions
- Preparation of OR
- With summary of releasing OR
- Summarizing / Filling of vouchers
- Payable / Supplier
- Releasing of checks to supplier
- Reconciliation of all deposit against accounting entry and AR
- Bank Reconciliation
II. Checking of Collection Report Summary
III. Handles- Monitoring / Safekeeping of AR/CRS - All companies
- Monitoring / Safekeeping of Checks Booklets
- Maintaining filling of OR
IV. Attend to other Treasury works as the need arises.
