Job Description

• Accurately read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams to determine the optimal welding processes and techniques to use
• Set up and operate welding equipment, such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders, to join metal components
• Perform various welding techniques, including fillet, butt, and groove welding, to meet project specifications
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction personnel to resolve any welding-related issue

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welder in the construction industry
• Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and diagrams
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot welding issues
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team to contribute to the successful completion of construction projects
