QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Customs Administration, Accountancy or any related courses.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have a background in using SAP.
- With experience in processing of importation documents is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Timely coordination with the Broker for timely tax payments (initial and final tax).
- Prepare reports for DOE compliance and BIR.
- Prepares payment to supplier and ensures that all payables are paid on time.
- Ensures that purchase of cheapest biofuels.
- Optimize savings on freight and other items.
- Ensures that all permits needed before the import vessel arrival are all available.
